Join our compassionate, practical eight-week skills group designed to help you build effective tools for managing stress, emotions, and relationships.

 

Grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), this psychoeducational programme focuses on practical skills that you can use to support your wellbeing.

Facilitated by experienced Clinical Psychologists, Dr Priya Bunnell and Dr Hayley MacGregor, the group explores themes of personal values, mindfulness, emotional understanding and self-regulation while enhancing interpersonal skills and cultivating self-compassion.

This group is a great option for anyone seeking a more affordable alternative to one-to-one therapy, and suitable for individuals wanting to learn practical wellbeing skills without deep personal disclosure. It can also serve as a structured skills refresher for individuals who have had previous individual therapy, and will be particularly beneficial for those who value shared learning and peer support.
